Will my calls be answered by UK Staff

Our Offices and staff are all based in the UK and your calls will be answered by fully trained and professional receptionists.

What businesses can use your service

We welcome all types of businesses including self employed, home workers, new business start-ups and small to medium enterprises ( SME)

How long is the free trial

Answerpoint offers 2 weeks totally free trial of our service. Just give us your business details and call handling instructions and leave the rest for us to impress.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is extremely competitive, simple and transparent based on price per call. We do not charge for unwanted marketing calls. We offer packages to suit all budgets.

Do you answer calls in my company name?

Yes we answer all calls in your company’s name, as per your instructions. Your dedicated PA will represent you and your business and will create an impression to be your own staff.

Can I chose who answers my calls?

All our staff are vigorously trained to provide a high quality of service and consist of both female and male receptionist. We are unable to provide a specific staff to be allocated to your calls only.

What information do you need to answer my calls?

In order for us to answer your calls efficiently, we require the following information: your name, address, and contact details,  Business name, business address, tel no, email, website, brief, business background, call handling instructions (How to greet callers and what to say and what information to take), message forwarding method, expected call volume.

Do you charge for nuisance unwanted marketing calls?

We do not charge you for any unwanted marketing calls from organisations trying to sell you their services that you are not interested in.

What is your minimum contract?

We do not tie you in to any minimum terms and the service is provided on a monthly rolling contract. However, for convenience we do offer quarterly, 6 monthly or yearly packages. For yearly packages you can benefit from getting one months free subscription. Should you need to cancel the service you just need to give us one month’s notice written notice via email prior to completion of your contract.

How long has Answerpoint been established for?

Answerpoint was established in 2001. We have been around for over 17 years and we have supported thousands of business over the years.

What are your opening hours?

We are opened Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Staurdays 10am to 4pm.

What happens after hours?

When the office is closed, the following standard message is played “Thank you for your call, our office is now closed, please call back during our office hours which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm”. If you require the phone to be redirected to your

How are my messages passed on to me?

This depends on your preference and we work with you to facilitate what’s convenient for you. The options are email, phone, SMS or you can call our office to collect messages.

What happens if I receive more calls than my bundle allowance?

Any calls above your bundle allowance are charged at an additional rate according to your package or you can upgrade to the next available package.

how do I divert my calls to you?

Diverting your calls to Answerpoint is very simple and can be set up within minutes. We can assist you with this and provide you with short codes to activate/deactivate call diversion. All you need to have is a call diversion feature activated on your phone which normally comes free as part of your phone package.
